Ted Freeman, a high-achieving seventh-grader, fears that any mistake could ruin his meticulously planned future. When he receives his first failing grade on a crucial test, he enlists the help of his mischievous friend Josh to break into school and steal the test. However, they face a formidable challenge from the school’s advanced security system and the determined campus security chief. To succeed, they recruit a team of unlikely misfit classmates who could benefit from altered test scores, aiming to execute the most significant heist in middle school history.
